General Mat Pilates
Over the autumn courses, you will deepen your understanding of the pilates principles, improve your strength, flexibility and coordination whilst exploring some of the more challenging variations of the now familiar exercises. With a focus on control, alignment and breath, each class will help you develop greater body awareness and confidence in your practice.

Studio Sessions. Private and Group Classes. All abilities.
These studio sessions use Reformers, Cadillacs and Wunda Chairs to provide both resistance and assistance during your pilates practice. These sessions are suitable for all ages and abilities, whether to improve general strength and and flexibility or to assist with injury rehabilitation.
