General Mat Pilates

These will all be mixed pace classes, which will work the wole body by combining a strengthening warm up with an invigorating flow.  We will finish class with some stretchisng and breathing focus, to ensure that you finish the class feeling mobilised, relaxed and able to breathe more freely.

Classes recommence 3rd March 2026

Studio Sessions. Private and Group Classes. All abilities.

These studio sessions use Reformers, Cadillacs and Wunda Chairs to provide both resistance and assistance during your pilates practice.  These sessions are suitable for all ages and abilities, whether to improve general strength and and flexibility or to assist with injury rehabilitation.

I teach reformer, mixed studio equipment and mat pilates classes Monday - Saturday at Barefoot Flow Pilates Studio.
