Online Classes
These are available either live, via Zoom or through pre-recorded videos. These options will allow you to continue with your pilates practice in the privacy of your own home and at a time that is convenient for you.
Zoom Classes:
To join scheduled Zoom classes please contact me for log in details. If you are interested in private Zoom classes, please contact me to discuss convenient times.
Exclusive Members-Only Videos:
The pre-recorded classes are intended for use by those who have subscribed only and are best used in conjunction with guided pilates classes - either face-to-face or live-streamed classes. These classes are of differing lengths and will cover different theme and ability levels. Please take care to select appropriate classes for you and be aware that this will differ from day to day - listen to your body! If you are not sure if a video would be suitable for your please email me before undertaking the class. To gain access to these classes please subscribe and create your profile using the "login" button shown at the top of each page. Once you have created an account you will be able to access the classes via the drop-down, next to the "login" icon.

Before You Undertake a Class:

Please ensure you have completed a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) within this calendar year (if you have not, please email me from the "Contact" page to request a copy).

Anyone with a pre-existing medical condition or injury must seek medical advice before starting any pilates class video and must also declare it on the PAR-Q.

Ensure that your work space is safe before you start to exercise and that you have the appropriate equipment available.

To reduce and avoid injury check with your doctor before taking a class that it is suitable for you. Do not commence a new exercise regime without seeking medical advice beforehand.
By participating in any Eloise Pilates online class you are doing so at your own risk. Eloise Pilates will not be responsible or liable for any injury or harm you may suffer as a result of these pilates classes.
If any any point during the class you begin to feel faint, dizzy or if you experience any physical discomfort you should stop immediately and seek medical advice.
Please use good judgement and common sense when taking the class, consider your level and ability and choose the appropriate level of the exercises and rest whenever your need to.
